Las Vegas, Nev. - May 22, 2007As the U.S. works to counter its nearly $300 billion trade deficit, Panch Prasad, president of Las Vegas-based U.S. International Trading Corp. (USITC), is doing his part to counter the country's trend of importing cheap oversees products by selling his own highly-respected, all-natural cosmetic brands to the world. Most recently, Prasad inked a distribution deal with Health Minders Pty Limited, Australia's leading natural health product distributor, with more than $100 million a year in sales.

USITC sells its unique, 'green' cosmetic blends through exclusive agreements in more than 25 different countries around the globe. Recently, Prasad's company won the 2007 Exporter of the Year Award for Nevada. In 2003, USITC won the Natural Products Showcase Award, one of the highest distinctions in the cosmetics industry. Prasad, who moved USITC to Nevada three years ago from California, believes American-made products are still in high demand around the world, and the potential for international businesses like his to flourish and prosper is only in its infancy.
